We serve healthy breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner, salads, fresh juices, fresh smoothies, acai bowls, soups and more! We are located in the Clearwater Largo area in the Pinellas county, Tampa region of Florida.
Aysegul (Aisha) was born and raised with a passion for food and hosting. She grew up in Turkey, well known for its strong culinary heritage. Her mother instilled a love for healthy yet flavorful food in her from an early age, teaching her how to make meals from scratch using fresh ingredients. After teaching Turkish Language and Literature for 10 years, she began exploring with foods and spices readily available in her new home country and creating dishes that combined flavors and ingredients from both cultures. She has always loved hosting friends and stands out at making everyone she meets feel at ease and welcome.
She had dreamt of opening her own restaurant where she could combine her love for food and hospitality for a long time. This life-long dream became a reality when she became the new owner of Fresca Vida in 2021 with a great support of her husband and best friend Tolga Bolen.
Ayse-Gul, a traditional Turkish name, means “she who lives” and “rose.” As the owner of Fresca Vida she is living her dream, trying to bring natural, healthy and delicious foods to people.
As Fresca Vida Family, We Love eating healthy and tasty! We are here to make quick, healthy food that is more accessible for everybody. We’re also on a mission to prove that the local choices make a big impact and careful eating is the best alternative to mainstream dieting. We want everyone to make their way to Fresca Vida every day for their fix of signature juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls. We want to be part of a growing community movement of people who believe, just like we do, that healthy living can be accessible to everyone — and that’s the key to a sustainable lifestyle is creating good habits that stick.
